Manage billing, sign-in, security, and account deletion

Compare monthly and lifetime access inside the dashboard.

Open Plans and upgrade from the sidebar or use the Plans button on the dashboard. The page shows the current Draft, Author monthly, and Founding Lifetime options and sends checkout through Stripe.

A plan unlocks the allowances shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Buying again does not add capacity to an already active period, so check Account and billing when an allowance looks wrong.

• Draft: Free project access with a small one-time generation allowance.
• Author: $19 per month with recurring monthly allowances and subscription management.
• Founding Lifetime: $99 once with the recurring UTC calendar-month allowances shown on the pricing page and no automatic renewal.

Use Account and billing for the current plan and payment portal.

Open Account and billing from the sidebar to see plan status, the current period, and usage. Monthly subscribers can use Manage billing to open Stripe's customer portal for supported payment and subscription actions.

If checkout succeeds but access is still updating, keep the confirmation page open and use Retry confirmation before starting another checkout. Contact support if the status remains wrong.

Verify the address that controls the account.

You can register with email and password or use Google sign-in. Email verification confirms that account messages can reach you. If you forget a password, request a one-time reset link from the sign-in flow and use the newest valid link you receive.

For privacy, recovery requests do not reveal whether an address has an account. Check spam and filtered mail, then request a fresh link if the previous one has expired or already been used.

• Use a unique password: Do not reuse the password from another service.
• Protect email access: Anyone who controls your inbox may be able to reset your password.
• Check the domain: Sign in only at app.aiebookgenerator.ai and open payment pages reached from the app.
• Keep secrets out of support email: Send the account email and a description, never a password, reset token, or full card number.

Download what you need before the permanent step.

In Account and billing, choose Delete account. The confirmation requires the exact phrase DELETE MY ACCOUNT plus the current password. A Google-only account confirms the matching Google identity instead.

Deletion removes the profile, projects, manuscript content, saved revisions, imported sources, generated assets, and workspace records tied to the account, subject to limited legal and billing retention described in the privacy policy. An active recurring subscription must be cancelled successfully before data deletion completes. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, the account remains in place so billing and data do not become separated.

Send enough context without sending secrets.

Email contact@aiebookgenerator.ai from the address connected to the account. Include the project title, the page you were on, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. For billing, include the plan name and a Stripe receipt identifier if available, but never a full payment card number.
