This policy applies to subscriptions bought directly through AI Ebook Generator. It does not limit cancellation or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Canceling a subscription
You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal available through your account or by emailing contact@aiebookgenerator.ai. Cancel before the next renewal charge. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you can continue using paid features until then unless your account has been suspended for a terms violation.
2. Refund eligibility
Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable after a billing period starts. We will review a request where there is a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, a billing error, or a material technical failure that prevented access to the paid service and that we could not reasonably fix. We also issue refunds when applicable law requires one.
A change of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with generated wording, or failure to use the subscription does not by itself qualify for a refund. AI output requires user review and editing, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. How to request a review
Email contact@aiebookgenerator.ai from the address linked to your account. Include the charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number or security code. We may ask for information needed to identify the Stripe transaction and verify the account.
4. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears. A refund may end access to the refunded paid period. Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions, so tell us if you want both.
